Ideen.Transfair

Four Short Films from India, Kenya, Colombia and Togo

Year after year thousands of young people take part in the weltwärts program, a volunteer initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. They actively learn what development cooperation means. In doing so they get to know ideas and initiatives that may hold solutions for global problems.

In the project »Ideen.Transfair«, four young film-makers from India, Kenya, Colombia and Togo present exemplary ideas in short films that they created together with weltwärts volunteers. Through the films these ideas embark on a journey – in order to be seen and spread by as many viewers as possible.
